We ship across South Africa and offer international shipping to selected countries. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Standard Shipping (South Africa): 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping (South Africa): 1-3 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
